Fresh from the release of their extremely well received debut album ‘Breaking The Silence’ and a headline tour of the UK which took in a sold out show at the Islington Bar Academy, THE CRAVE are now ready to announce a special one-off show they have planned at the Borderline in London on Thursday 2nd June and a slot at Sonisphere festival (Jägermeister Stage) on Saturday 9th July.

Speaking of the festival lead vocalist/guitarist Ryan Burnett says “We were lucky enough to play Sonisphere in its very first year here in the UK in 2009, it was a great atmosphere and a great show from what we can remember, but it was the Jäger stage, so we don't remember that much. We look forward to not remembering much from this year’s great performance too. Be there to remind us."

The band’s Matt Hyde (Fightstar, Slipknot, Trivium, Gallows …) produced debut album gained some great reactions at press and radio with Kerrang saying the "Brighton rockers impress with polished and impassioned debut...its great stuff" while Rock Sound said "in a time of clone bands trying to emulate the next big thing, it's a surprise to find a band like The Crave who insist on being true to themselves".

"Brighton rockers impress with polished and impassioned debut...its great stuff" – Kerrang "The Crave deserve a following as immense as their sound on this assured debut." - Anna More - Totalrock.com "Chock full of ballsy, fast-paced rock sirens like 'Cooking In The Kitchen' and ballads like 'Surrender And Retreat', The Crave deliver some much needed rock 'n' roll spirit." - 7/10 Rock Sound
