Dave Hause - Heads out on tour with Alkaline Trio

Having wowed crowds with his passionate and uplifting performances on the first European Revival Tour, The Loved Ones vocalist/guitarist Dave Hause returns for a run of shows with good friends Alkaline Trio.
With upcoming dates throughout the UK as well as Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands, Dave Hause’s army of followers is set to get even bigger!

Dave Hause’s debut solo album ‘Resolutions’ was released on Xtra Mile Recordings in October 2011. Hause, along with a group of friends and family he dubbed The Empty Bottles Band, put together a well-crafted rock album that defies classification. Recorded, produced, engineered and mixed by Pete Steinkopf (of The Bouncing Souls), ‘Resolutions’ showcases Hause’s songwriting talents and his many influences ranging from Patty Griffin to Paul Westerberg.

Dave Hause played his first solo shows in 2009 and has since shared the stage with a wide variety of artists including Bob Mould, AFI, Frank Turner, Tim Barry (Avail), Jim Ward (At The Drive-In, Sparta), Tommy Stinson (The Replacements, Guns & Roses), Franz Nicolay, Chuck Ragan (Hot Water Music) and Brian Fallon (Gaslight Anthem).

Having wowed crowds all over the UK and Europe with his passionate and uplifting performances on the recent Revival Tour, The Loved Ones vocalist/guitarist Dave Hause stays this side of the Atlantic a little while longer to hit the road with good friends Alkaline Trio.

The dates follow the release of Hause’s debut solo album ‘Resolutions’ that came out on Xtra Mile Recordings in October. Tracks such as the heartening ‘C’mon Kid’ and the somber ‘Melanin’ take on a new life with the help of Hause’s backing band, while fan favourite ‘Pray For Tucson’ is an acoustic number made even more beautiful with the assistance of a pedal steel guitar.

Dave Hause - Fantastic solo album ‘Resolutions’ coming out on Xtra Mile Recordings

The highly acclaimed debut solo album from The Loved Ones vocalist/guitarist Dave Hausewill be released in the UK through Xtra Mile Recordings on 19th September 2011.

Recorded, produced, engineered and mixed by Pete Steinkopf (of The Bouncing Souls), Hause and a group of friends and family he compiled, dubbed The Empty Bottles Band, have created a perfectly crafted rock album with no genre restrictions and limitations that brings his talents for writing catchy songs together with influences from singer/songwriters such as Jenny Lewis and Conor Oberst.

Hause, who cut his teeth in the punk world as a former member of Paint It Black and remains the frontman and primary songwriter for The Loved Ones, will join fellow punk rock solo artists Chuck Ragan (Hot Water Music), Brian Fallon (The Gaslight Anthem) and Dan Andriano (Alkaline Trio) on the brilliantly inspiring Revival tour throughout UK and Europe.
